Two members of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka, Mohan Samaranayake and Udeni Wickremasinghe handed over their resignation letters.
Samaranayake in his resignation letter said he was compelled to resign due to various reasons including the work environment and the work style of the commission has become highly unprofessional, unpleasant, and intolerable.
Wickramasinghe had cited personal reasons for resignation.
