Imran Khan, Pakistan’s former prime minister, has been arrested during a court appearance in the capital, Islamabad.
The 70-year-old was arrested by agents from the country’s anti-corruption body, the National Accountability Bureau.
Since his removal from power last year, Khan has been slapped with dozens of charges, which he denies.
“Imran Khan has been arrested in the Qadir Trust case,” Islamabad police official Twitter account said, referring to a graft case.
